Sweet Corn Festival Entertainment
• All items must be authentic items handmade by the exhibitor. Handmade prepackaged take home food crafts are allowed. No wholesale or commercial vendors conducting resale of merchandise accepted.
• All craft items are subject to approval. Photos of all items are required for new vendors (digital or printed). Printed photos will not be returned. Vendors are prohibited from selling festival logo souvenir items.
• Exhibitor must provide own tables, chairs and display boards.
• Exhibitor must secure and cover their merchandise at closing each night. The Sweet Corn Festival, Inc. is not responsible for damaged products.
• Exhibitor must provide minimum 14/3-grounded electric cord 100 ft long. Festival Management will provide each exhibitor a 15-amp outlet.
• Exhibitor must provide own fire extinguisher and trash bags.
• Exhibitor is required to submit a Certificate of Insurance naming the Sweet Corn Festival, Inc. as an additional insured with minimum liability amounts of $1 million per occurrence.
• Exhibitor is responsible for obtaining a vendor license and paying sales taxes.
• Your space must be manned during all festival operating hours.
• All craft tents and displays must set-up on a grass surface.
• Trailers, trucks, RVs and vehicles must be parked in nearby parking lot. Each exhibitor will be provided with one complimentary parking pass. No exceptions!
• No mopeds, bikes, golf carts, or pets allowed on festival property.
• No generators, air conditioners, open flames, or loud speakers permitted. Fans are permitted.
• Craft locations are provided on a first come, first serve basis after the contract and full payment has been received.
• Exhibitors are encouraged to give public demonstrations of their artwork.
• Set up will be Tues., noon – 10:00 PM. Teardown is after 11:00 PM on Sat. Tent, vehicles and merchandise must be removed before 8:00 AM.
• Use your own tent – 10 ft x 10 ft single = $250.00.
Use your own tent – 20 ft x 10 ft double = $340.00.
• Signed agreement, insurance and all fees must be paid by June 15. No exceptions!
• No refunds. Event is RAIN or SHINE.
