Sweet Corn Festival Crafts

Requirements:

craft bulletAll items must be authentic items handmade by the exhibitor. Handmade prepackaged food crafts are allowed such as cookie mixes, spice mixes. No home made ready to eat foods are accepted (such as pies, cakes, cookies, fudge). No wholesale or commercial vendors conducting resale of           merchandise accepted.

craft bulletAll craft items are subject to approval. Photos of all items are required for new vendors (digital or printed). Printed photos will not be returned. Vendors are prohibited from selling festival logo souvenir items.

craft bulletExhibitor must provide own tables, chairs and display boards.

craft bulletExhibitor must secure and cover their merchandise at closing each night. The Millersport Lions Sweet Corn Festival, Inc. is not responsible for damaged products.

craft bulletExhibitor must provide minimum 14/3-grounded electric cord 100 ft long. Festival Management will provide each exhibitor a 15-amp outlet.

craft bulletExhibitor must provide own fire extinguisher and trash bags.

craft bulletExhibitor is required to submit a Certificate of Insurance naming the Sweet Corn Festival, Inc. as an additional insured with minimum liability amounts of $1 million per occurrence.

craft bulletExhibitor is responsible for obtaining a vendor license and paying sales taxes.

craft bulletYour space must be manned during all festival operating hours.

craft bulletAll craft tents and displays must set-up on a grass surface.

craft bulletTrailers, trucks, RVs and vehicles must be parked in nearby parking lot. Each exhibitor will be provided with one complimentary parking pass.
No exceptions!

craft bulletNo mopeds, bikes, golf carts, or pets allowed on festival property.

craft bulletNo generators, air conditioners, open flames, or loud speakers permitted. Fans are permitted.

craft bulletCraft locations are provided on a first come, first serve basis after the contract and full payment has been received.

craft bulletExhibitors are encouraged to give public demonstrations of their artwork.

Set-up/Teardown:

craft bulletSet up will be Mon or Tues. before 10:00 PM. Teardown is after 11:00 PM on Sat. Tent, vehicles and merchandise must be removed before 8:00 AM on Sunday morning

Fees:

craft bulletUse your own tent – 10 ft x 10 ft single = $300.00.
Use your own tent – 20 ft x 10 ft double = $390.00.
          Use your own tent – 30 ft x 10 ft triple = $480.00.
          Use your own tent – 40 ft x 10 ft quadruple = $570.00.

craft bulletSigned agreement, certificate of insurance and all fees must be paid by June 1. No exceptions!

craft bulletNo refunds. Event is RAIN or SHINE.

Crafters who have participated in the past at the Millersport Lions Sweet Corn Festival, Inc., do not need to re-fill out the application.
 
For those of you who prefer to pay on-line, you have the option of paying your craft fee on-line using the Zeffy Platform (allows payments through Google Pay, Credit Card or directly through your bank) of course we also accept checks, money orders and cash. If paying on-line continue by scrolling down and selecting a 1 that reflects your tent/space size and payment amount. Remaining dropdowns should continue to reflect a 0. Once your selection has been made, please scroll down and press the green select bar to continue filling out the remaining information, when complete, press the green confirm bar.

If paying using check or money order, you can send both of these payment sources along with your contract to the address shown above. If paying with cash, please contact me by phone or text so we can plan where to meet to collect the money, you can bring your contract along as well or email it to me as soon as you can.

The Zeffy Platform is free to use and 100% of the payment goes to the Millersport Lions Sweet Corn Festival to assure we are able to continue to have this festival. At checkout, Zeffy will ask for an OPTIONAL donation to help them continue to keep Zeffy Platform free to non-profits. You can change the donation amount to whatever you want – even $0.
